1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you", "your") and ubo365 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ubo365 website located at https://ubo365.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing wagers, or using any Service provided by ubo365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal user account created by a Member to access ubo365 services, containing personal information, financial details, and gaming history.
• Balance: The total amount of funds available in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, available for wagering or withdrawal subject to applicable terms.
• Bet or Wager: Any stake placed on a gaming outcome using funds from your Account Balance.
• Bonus: Promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives awarded by ubo365 subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• Deposit: Transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your ubo365 Account Balance.
• Withdrawal: Transfer of funds from your ubo365 Account Balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification and supporting documents to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• RTP (Return to Player): Theoretical percentage of wagered money a game returns to players over time, calculated over millions of game rounds.
• Responsible Gaming Tools: Platform features including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion designed to promote healthy gaming habits.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use ubo365 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ubo365 strictly prohibits underage gambling and employs age verification measures during the KYC process. Any individual under 21 attempting to access the Platform will have their account immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are subject to any legal disability or restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use the Service.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose, including bonus abuse or circumventing restrictions, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Financial Capacity: You must wager only with funds that you own and can afford to lose. Gambling with borrowed money, credit, or funds intended for essential living expenses is strongly discouraged and may indicate problem gambling requiring intervention.
• Non-Affiliation: You may not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, family member of an employee, or otherwise affiliated with ubo365, its parent company, subsidiaries, or partner organizations.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and chosen username and password. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may constitute fraud.

4.2 KYC Verification

ubo365 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity, age, and residency in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. You will be required to submit clear copies or photos of approved identification documents, which typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card or valid passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie verification (photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face)

Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours. Until verification is complete, your account may have limited functionality including restricted withdrawal access. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds minus any winnings.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Do not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify ubo365 customer support at [email protected] and change your password. ubo365 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

ubo365 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banking institutions including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to banking institution limits. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, reflecting in your Account Balance within minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited as an anti-money laundering measure. Any detected third-party deposit will be returned to the source account and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

ubo365 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees—these are beyond our control and are your responsibility. All deposit transactions are subject to standard banking security protocols and may be declined by your financial institution for various reasons including insufficient funds, daily transaction limits, or fraud prevention triggers.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amounts are typically Rp 50,000, and there is generally no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, subject to your Account Balance and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by ubo365. This policy prevents money laundering and ensures fund security. If you wish to withdraw to a different bank account or e-wallet, you must first contact customer support and may be required to complete additional verification.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours, after which the transfer time depends on your chosen financial institution (typically instant for e-wallets, same-day or next business day for bank transfers). First-time withdrawals and large-amount withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours to process.

Before processing any withdrawal, ubo365 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents, proof of deposit source, or other information necessary to comply with our security protocols and legal obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

ubo365 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are clearly stated in the promotion details and must be carefully reviewed before accepting any bonus.

Wagering requirements (also called "turnover" or "playthrough" requirements) specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not combine multiple bonuses or abuse promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated play with other users, or other fraudulent schemes. Any detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and potential account closure.

Bonuses are intended as entertainment incentives for recreational players and cannot be withdrawn without meeting all stated requirements. ubo365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, modify promotion terms, or exclude specific users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or professional advantage play.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All games offered on ubo365 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly—ubo365 cannot predict, control, or manipulate game results in any way. Each game's theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed in the game information and represents long-term statistical expectation over millions of rounds, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

When placing sports bets, odds are set by ubo365 based on probability analysis and may change at any time before the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation. ubo365 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or fraudulent activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent chargebacks, disputed deposits, or any form of payment fraud

• Money laundering or using ubo365 services for any illegal purpose

ubo365 employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor gameplay patterns and betting behavior. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be investigated, and we reserve the right to request additional documentation, freeze accounts pending investigation, or close accounts permanently if violations are confirmed.

9. Responsible Gaming

However, no system is completely immune to security breaches. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ubo365 provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ubo365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Service, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service and close your Account. In no event shall ubo365's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose. ubo365 is not responsible for any financial, personal, or other consequences resulting from your gambling activities.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

ubo365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, failure to complete KYC verification, or at your request. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service immediately.

If your Account is closed due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closure is initiated by you or by ubo365 for reasons unrelated to Terms violations, your remaining balance (minus any pending wagering requirements or disputed transactions) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 30 days.

Certain sections of this Agreement, including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions, shall survive termination of your Account.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ubo365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of ubo365 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The "ubo365" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by or licensed to ubo365.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from ubo365.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact ubo365 customer support at [email protected] providing full details of your concern. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly through good-faith negotiation. Most disputes are resolved satisfactorily through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, the matter shall be escalated to senior management for review. Management decisions regarding disputes are final and binding. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to pursue litigation or class action proceedings related to the use of ubo365 services.

In the unlikely event of technical errors, software malfunctions, or game provider errors that affect gameplay or wagers, ubo365 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their state prior to the error. This is standard practice across the gaming industry and protects both players and the platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ubo365's licensing jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by ubo365's licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ubo365 regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

ubo365's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without ubo365's prior written consent. ubo365 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
